Shipping policy

This policy applies to all orders placed at https://m26rg2-sc.myshopify.com/, covering processing time, delivery cycles, shipping fees and international customs regulations.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–5 business days of handling time before dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Ordinary goods: 1–3 working days processing.

During large-scale sales events, processing time may extend to 7 days, and we will notify you by email in advance.

2. Delivery Transit Time

We cooperate with USPS, FedEx, DHL and local postal services for global delivery. Estimated shipping time after dispatch:

United States & Canada: 5–12 business days

United Kingdom & EU: 7–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

Other global regions: 12–25 business days
Shipping delays caused by customs inspection, courier peak seasons and bad weather are out of our control, and we will not provide compensation for conventional delivery delays.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination country, product weight and selected delivery method.

Free shipping promotions will be clearly marked on product pages during campaign periods.

Express fast delivery options are available with extra surcharges displayed before payment.

4. Tracking Information

Once the package leaves our warehouse, we will send a delivery confirmation email with tracking number and query link. If tracking shows no updates for more than 7 days, contact our support team for assistance.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you never receive the parcel: Check neighbors, front desk and local post office first, then email us within 3 days of delivery record; we will assist you to file loss claims with couriers.

If logistics officially confirm the package is lost in transit, you may choose free reshipment or full product refund; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the carrier is fully responsible for the loss.

6. International Customs & Duties

All import taxes and customs clearance fees are borne solely by buyers. We will not cover any customs charges upon arrival in your country.

Customs inspection may open packages and extend delivery time, and we cannot interfere with local customs decisions.

If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned, we will only refund product value minus original outbound shipping cost and return freight.

7. Undeliverable Packages

Parcels marked undeliverable (wrong address, recipient absent, refused delivery) will be returned to our warehouse. After receiving returned goods:

We only refund item value, deducting outbound and return shipping costs.

If you still want the products, you need to place a new order and pay shipping fees again.
